At Sweet Stitches by Manju Studio, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing information, and order specifications carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, the following is mandatory:

• A clear unboxing/opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

• The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product upon opening.

• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for review or resolution.

Upon verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, or dispatched.
