We shall not be responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Handmade products may have minor variations that are part of the craftsmanship process.

• Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders may require full or partial advance payment before work begins.

5. Delivery & Collection

Estimated completion and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or customer-related delays.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started. Once work has commenced on a custom order, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom stitching and tailoring services, custom-made orders are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless:

• The item received is significantly different from the agreed specifications.

• The item is damaged due to our error.

Any concerns must be reported within [7] days of receiving the order.
